Pricing
Physiotherapy & occupational therapy appointment fees are determined based on the duration of your session, any required collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and the clinical notes related to your care. Our pricing covers basic taping and essential consumables. However, additional charges apply for extensive taping, specialised braces, or larger equipment. Payment is required at the time of appointment by eftpos or credit only. Cash or cheques will not be accepted. Invoices will incur an administration and processing fee.

Initial ACC appointment -$55 ($60 from 1st January)
Follow-up ACC - $50
Initial Private appointment - $135 ($160 from 1st January)
Follow-up private appointment- $80-$100 ($100-$120 from 1st January)
Engagement Appointment $10 (15 minute online teams meet or phone call, credited to your first full appointment if required)

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide the best care for all our patients, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate others in need.
Please note that appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will incur a $30 charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our commitment to excellent care. Thank you!
