Hayley is a calm, compassionate paediatric physiotherapist with 14+ years’ experience across Aotearoa and the UK. She partners with tamariki and their whānau to feel heard, understood, and empowered, focusing on early, high‑quality support so children can move, participate, and thrive.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy

  • Over a decade working in paediatric physiotherapy across public and private services in NZ and the UK

  • Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist, Birmingham Children’s Hospital (UK), previously

  • Experience in Child Development Services, acute hospital care, Education, ACC rehabilitation, and community‑based paediatrics

Practice focus

  • Early intervention and whānau‑centred care that fits daily life, school, and sport

  • Supporting pēpi and tamariki to achieve developmental milestones, from rolling to walking and beyond

  • Holistic rehabilitation after injury or illness, including neurological, orthopaedic, oncology, and neurodevelopmental care

  • Equitable, culturally safe care with practical strategies for parents and caregivers

Outside of work

Hayley loves time with friends and whānau and being outdoors. She is a proud mum to three young boys, who keep her on her toes.
