Amanda (Mandy) Meys is an experienced and deeply committed paediatric physiotherapist and the founder and Clinical Director of Nurture Paediatrics in Tauranga.

Mandy is also recognised as a Physiotherapy Specialist in Paediatrics, a protected title in Aotearoa New Zealand that reflects advanced clinical expertise in working with complex and persistent presentations. Specialist physiotherapy supports children and whānau where pain, movement challenges, or recovery require a more in‑depth, integrated approach.

Mandy’s mahi centres on supporting tamariki and their whānau through thoughtful, child‑centred physiotherapy that values early, high‑quality care. She takes time to understand each child’s unique story and what matters most to their family, building care plans that support confidence, participation, and lifelong physical wellbeing.

With a strong focus on paediatric musculoskeletal health and pain, Mandy works alongside children to help them feel safe, understood, and empowered in their movement, whether they are recovering from injury, navigating pain, or building confidence during key stages of growth and development.
